Learning Support

We believe every student deserves to have the resources and encouragement and support to be able to reach their potential.

The Learning Centre supports students with:

English Language Programmes – for students who are new to New Zealand and English is their second Language.

Reading Support – for students who require additional reading skills to be developed, supplementary to their classroom programme.

Maths Support Programme – Provides students with opportunities to develop understanding and skills for what they are going to learn in class ahead of time so that they are familiar with new knowledge before it is required in the classroom.  Building confidence in Mathematics and a positive mindset to Mathematics is also a focus.
